A short notice for a static portal: what is collected when you read these NervoLyn pages, and what happens once you reach the checkout.

Who is responsible
Coldwater Pharmacal, Inc., 215 South Michigan Street, Suite 400, South Bend, IN 46601, operates this NervoLyn portal and is responsible for the handling described here.
What this portal collects
The pages you are reading are static. There is no account system, no login, no tracking pixel from an advertising network, and no analytics profile built about you here. Standard server logs record the request, the time, and a truncated address for security and capacity purposes.
What the checkout partner holds
Ordering NervoLyn hands you to the manufacturer authorized checkout. Name, delivery address, email, and payment details are entered there, under that processor's own notice. This portal never receives your full card number and never stores it.
Email you send us
Messages to the support and orders addresses are kept in the mailbox while the question is open and for a reasonable period afterwards, so a later query about the same NervoLyn order can be answered. They are not sold, rented, or added to a marketing list.
Cookies
This portal sets no advertising or analytics cookies. The offer bar remembers a dismissal for the current browser session only, using session storage that clears when you close the tab. No consent banner is shown because nothing here requires consent.
Links to other sites
Pages link to public health references and to the manufacturer information site. Those are separate organisations with their own notices, and this one does not extend to them.
Retention and deletion
Order records are retained as long as tax and consumer protection rules require. To ask what is held about you, or to ask for deletion of correspondence, write to [email protected] from the address you contacted us with. Requests are answered within thirty days.
Children
NervoLyn is intended for adults. This portal is not directed at anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from minors.
Changes
Material changes to this notice are published on this page with a new in-force date. Questions go to the same support address.
