The formal wording behind the 60-day promise on every NervoLyn order placed through this portal.
In force from August 2026
1. The window
Every NervoLyn order placed through this portal carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. The window opens on the day the carrier records delivery, not on the day the order was placed, so a slow courier never shortens it.
2. Condition of the bottles
Opened bottles are accepted. Part-used bottles are accepted. A refund does not depend on returning NervoLyn unopened, because a sealed bottle would prove nothing about whether the formula suited you.
3. Starting a refund
Email [email protected] with the order number and the name on the order. A return reference and the return address are sent within one business day. Parcels sent back without a reference can take longer to match to an order.
4. Return postage
Return postage is paid by the buyer. We recommend a tracked service, because the refund is issued when the parcel is scanned as received at the return address.
5. What is returned to you
The purchase price of the NervoLyn box, plus any original shipping charge, is credited to the card used for the order. Processing normally takes three to five business days after the parcel arrives; your bank may add its own delay before the credit is visible.
6. Limits
One guaranteed claim per household on a first order. The guarantee covers NervoLyn purchased through this portal. Bottles bought from a marketplace listing, an auction site, or a third-party seller are outside the authorized channel and cannot be refunded here.
7. Chargebacks
If you raise a chargeback with your bank before contacting us, the refund process pauses until the bank closes its case, because the same money cannot be returned twice. A single email is faster than a dispute in every case we have handled.
8. Returned stock
Returned NervoLyn bottles are destroyed and never resold, which is both the legal requirement and plain common sense.
