How NervoLyn is made and tested
The lot record publishes results. This page describes the process that produces them, from the raw material paperwork to the finished bottle.
Where NervoLyn is manufactured
Production takes place in a GMP certified facility in Aurora, Colorado. Good Manufacturing Practice is a documentation discipline as much as a hygiene standard: every batch carries a record of who made it, from which raw material lots, on which line, with which in-process checks, and what the finished product tested at. If a question is raised about a bottle two years from now, that paper trail is what answers it.
The five checks behind each run
Raw material identity
Incoming actives are checked against supplier certificates and confirmed by identity testing before release into production. A botanical that is not what the paperwork says never reaches the blender.
Potency
Finished capsules are assayed for active content. The current run reports 99.4% active purity by HPLC-UV.
Heavy metals
Lead, arsenic, cadmium, and mercury are screened by mass spectrometry. Lot 26-NVL-3184 reports < 0.25 ppm.
Microbiology
Total plate count, yeast and mould, and specified pathogens are screened against pharmacopeial limits. The current result is pass, within usp limits.
The third-party step
In-house results are confirmed by Ninestone Assay Works, an ISO/IEC 17025 accredited independent laboratory. Accreditation to that standard is about competence and traceability: calibrated instruments, validated methods, retained samples, and results that another laboratory could reproduce. The resulting certificate for the current run is filed as NAW-26-0771.
Sourcing the six actives
Magnesium glycinate and the synthesised actives come from suppliers audited for identity and contaminant control. The two botanicals, butcher's broom root and turmeric rhizome, are the harder half of the job, because plant material varies by growing region, season, and drying method. Turmeric is bought as a standardised extract at 95% curcuminoids precisely so that variation is controlled before it reaches the formula.
What testing does not tell you
A clean certificate says the capsule contains what the label says and nothing it should not. It says nothing about whether the formula will work for your hands and feet. Those are different questions, and conflating them is one of the oldest tricks in this category. Storage and shelf life
Keep the bottle closed, at room temperature, away from steam and direct sun. The bathroom cabinet is the worst place in most homes for a supplement. The expiry printed beside the NervoLyn lot code assumes those conditions. Discard any bottle whose seal was broken before you opened it.
