Orders leave the fulfillment floor within one business day. Inside the United States, delivery normally takes three to six business days from dispatch.

Alaska, Hawaii, and APO or FPO addresses can add several days. NervoLyn is distributed inside the United States only through this portal; we do not ship internationally from here.
Tracking your order
Two emails follow every order: a numbered receipt straight away, then a tracking link once the carrier scans the parcel. If the tracking email has not arrived by the end of the second business day, check the spam folder first, then write to [email protected] with your order number.
Wrong address, changed mind, missing parcel
- Address correction: possible before dispatch. Write immediately with the order number and the correct address.
- Cancelling: possible before dispatch. After that, use the 60-day guarantee instead.
- Marked delivered but missing: check with neighbours and the mailroom, then tell us within seven days and we will open a carrier trace.
- Damaged in transit: photograph the outer box and the bottles before unpacking further, and we will replace the NervoLyn box at no cost.
Returns
Every return runs through the 60-day guarantee: email the desk, receive a return reference, send the bottles back at your own postage cost, and the purchase price returns to the original card once the parcel is scanned in.
